1. Order Process and the contract of sale
1.1 These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (trading as SEAT UK) whose registered office is at Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN (Company Number: 514809 and VAT registration number: GB 217 990 930) ("we", "us", or "our").
1.2 Any order placed by you for goods advertised on our website is an offer by you to purchase the goods selected in your order. No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received your order and accepted it (which we may do at our discretion).
1.3 After you have placed your order, you will be directed to an order screen, we will then send you an order acknowledgement email setting out the goods you have ordered. Please note that this acknowledgement is not notification that we have accepted your order.
1.4 Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the goods ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
1.5 In the event that we discover that any of the goods ordered are unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order for such goods and to not supply those goods. We will instead offer you a full refund for the unavailable goods and the opportunity to purchase the alternative goods. The rest of your order will continue to be processed. Please see condition 2.2 below for details about mis-priced goods.
1.6 We may change these terms and conditions at any time and such changes will apply from the time they are placed on this website. You must read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
1.7 These terms and conditions including the documents or other sources referred to in them set out our entire agreement in respect of the sale of the goods to you and replaces any prior representations, understandings and agreements between you and us relating to sale of the goods to you.
2. Description and price of the goods
2.1 The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order. We try to make sure that any sizes and measurements that we give are as accurate as possible, however they are only approximate.
2.2 Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If a pricing error is found in respect of any or all of the goods you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible detailing the mis-priced goods and offering you the option of placing a new order at the correct price for those goods. The rest of your order will continue to be processed unless you cancel it in accordance with Conditions 6 or 7 below.
2.3 To avoid any doubt, where goods are unavailable and you order alternative goods from us, or where goods have been mis-priced and you subsequently order such goods at the correct price, these terms and conditions of sale shall also apply to that order and the supply of the relevant goods, whether the order is placed through our website or otherwise.
2.4 In addition to the price, you may be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods, details of which are clearly displayed on our website at the point that you select the goods and place your order.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on our website at the time you place your order.
3.2 There will be no delivery until we have received your payment in full.
4. Delivery
4.1 We are only able to deliver to addresses in mainland UK or Northern Ireland. Also, we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland.
4.2 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible within the estimated delivery timescales. However, delays do occur and we will do our best to inform you if there will be a significant delay in delivery.
5 Risk
5.1 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
6 Cancellation of order
6.1 Order are processed very quickly after they are placed and so there will be limited time for you to cancel an order before the goods are dispatched. However, if you contact us, we will try to accommodate order cancellations and we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for those goods. 8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Subject to 8.2 below, we shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage in circumstances where:
8.1.1 there is no breach of a legal duty owed to you by us or our employees or agents;
8.1.2 such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
8.1.3 there is any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any term of this contract.
8.2 Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Information
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless we are negligent, we shall not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
10. Images
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
11. Cookies
11.1 We use Cookies so that we can understand who has seen which pages and advertisements, to determine how frequently particular pages are visited and to determine the most popular areas of our web site. We also use Cookies to help update our website and make it easier for you to use.
11.2 We can also use Cookies to save your password to save you having to re-enter it each time you use the website.

12. Invalidity
12.1 If any of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity or enforceability of the other sections of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
